Please send in a full p.o. If you do not use p.o.’s then send in all order details on either a letter head or composed in an e-mail. Make sure to include what you want printed, type of material, size, qty., due date, ship to and billing address. Any special finishing instructions or PMS colors. Without all of the details being provided there may be delays on your order.
You can send P.O./Order and art to email@example.com if you have large files (over 5mb) please just send the P.O. via e-mail and use our FTP link for the art
Order Processing,The process after we have a full p.o. and the art is as follows, we will provide a proof within 24 hrs. After approval, you will receive a Quickbooks invoice with scheduled ship dates and a tracking number if we have al of the shipping information within 24 hrs. The invoice must be paid before your order can be placed into production. Depending on what you have ordered most items will ship in 3 days (4 days for fabric and 8 to 10 days for tents). Please read these e-mails thoroughly to insure that there are no problems and that everything is delivered correctly.
Turn Times, If we receive your proof approval before 12 noon CST* your order will be processed to ship in 3 business day (4 days for fabric orders). Approvals received after 12 noon CST will be input the next work day. We also offer RUSH services on some item please check the catalog or call for details. On next day RUSH services art and full p.o. needs to be received by 12 noon CST, and proof approved by 4 p.m. CST. For 2 day RUSH service art and p.o. need to be received by 3p.m. CST and approved by 11 a.m. CST.
*Order must be placed, payment complete and artwork approved by the cut-off time to qualify.
Artwork and/or payment issues may result in the postponement of production. Estimated Delivery and Pick-up Dates will be recalculated once any issues have been resolved.
Larger qty. orders may require longer lead times. If you have an extra-large order, please call us to go over turn times.

The Banner Store will not be responsible, after the return of proofs with your signature, for any errors, omissions, etc., overlooked
by the customer. Make sure all spelling and the colors you requested are correct. Allowance must be made for variation of colors unless
PMS colors are specified. All claims must be made within 10 days of delivery of order.
