Vinyl Banners

Our vinyl banners are made from heavy duty fire retardant 13oz “scrim” vinyl; scrim refers to reinforcement threads that are inside the vinyl to help keep it from tearing. We use a matte vinyl that really accentuates the vividness of the colors. Vinyl produces true, vibrant, eye-catching intense color, compared to other materials, such as canvas and other fabrics. Vinyl will hold up the longest outside because water will not penetrate and dry rot the material. This vinyl is flame resistant, it is NEPA 701, CA fire Marshall, NYC (MEA). This vinyl is perfect for lots of indoor and outdoor applications like pole banners, street banners, fairs, sporting events, grand openings, and promotional events.

We only print 1 sided. If double sided banners are needed, we print 2 and sew the banners back to back. So it is will be 26oz and very durable. There are no set up fees as long as we can get a digital file (camera ready EPS, PDF or AI at full size @ 75 dpi) price includes finishing (sewn hemmed edges) and grommets or pole pockets, for the pocket there will be a sewn seam 4″ from the top or bottom as requested, please see our template page for more info. Wind slits are also available at no extra charge just make a note when placing the order. Banners of 15’ or wider that will be outside we recommend webbing (webbing is like seat belt material) it will be sewn into the top and then the grommets go thru the webbing for extra support. There is an additional charge for the webbing. 5’ wide is the largest we can print on the small side, for vinyl banners. If banners are larger there will be a heat seam, i.e. 5‘x10’ will not have a seam, 8‘x10’ & 8’x8′ would. Fabric will be in one piece. Banners are available in several sizes, custom sizes are also available, call for prices. Banners larger then 8′ on the small side will need to be folded for shipping, 8′ is the largest Fed-Ex and UPS will ship.

They are warranted against fading for 3 years.

Please Note: JAN 1st 2018 FedEx and UPS have changed their oversized fees. As a result, All banners 97″ (8’1″) or longer on their shortest side will be folded and shipped in a square box. All banners 96″ (8′) and under on their shortest side will be rolled and shipped in standard corrugated boxes.

Vinyl Banners and Mesh banners can be run on a next day Rush Service, it adds .50 per sq’ to the standard production cost. Complete purchase order and production ready artwork must be received before noon p.m. CST. – Proofs approved before 10:00 a.m. CST. on the day the order is to ship – Rush order items cannot be combined with regular lead time items on a purchase order. – Factory will not be held responsible for any delays in the shipment due to discrepancies with the artwork and/or purchase order. – Production time guarantee while capacity is available.
